I would like to know why the Conservatives, after spending so many years opposing the Kyoto Protocols, have yet to make public their so-called 'Made in Canada' plan for the environment.
You have your think tanks, your corporate buddies, your own environmental special interest groups, your own experts, your own scientists - so I have to wonder why, after all of this time, you still don't have an actual plan?
What's taking so long? Your Environment Minister, Rona Ambrose, claims she's got a whole lot of 'consulting' to do. With who? And, why hasn't it already been done?
Now, here's the kicker: you are not allowed to answer this question by bashing the Liberals' track record, which we can agree has not been good, or by tearing apart Kyoto. You claim to have your own plan quiet apart from Kyoto, so you shouldn't even need to refer to it to state yours.
Are any of you up to this challenge or is this 'Made in Canada' talk just more Conservative bluster and a stalling tactic that indicates you have no such plan in the end?
