Rumsfeldian Certainty

If Rumsfeld thinks it, it must certainly be so, as can be seen by this statement from Tuesday's Pentagon briefing:

"The Department of Defense is, I think, without question, the largest user of intelligence information. I can't prove that, but I have no doubt that it's correct."

Is that how the Iraq war was sold too? "Saddam has WMDs, I think, without question, he has WMDs. I can't prove that, but I have no doubt that it's correct."
