Programming Note: Extremists in the US Military

I received a heads up from the Southern Poverty Law Center that CNN's Paula Zahn (yuck) will be doing a special report tonite about the SPLC's latest revealtions of white supremacists and their related ilk in the ranks of the US military.

Date: July 13, 2006
Time: 8 pm ET

July 7, 2006 -- Under pressure to meet wartime manpower goals, the U.S. military has relaxed standards designed to weed out racist extremists. Large numbers of potentially violent neo-Nazis, skinheads and other white supremacists are now learning the art of warfare in the armed forces.

Let's hope that Zahn does this disturbing story justice.
