Back in July, faced with increasing criticism in the press over the Bush administration's foreign policy debacles, the White House decided to issue a statement on its site titled, 'Setting the Record Straight: President Bush's Foreign Policy Is Succeeding'.

Now remember - this was in July. That page has now been up for almost 2 months. Here's what it says:
