As someone who has non-combat related Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), I can tell you that this little cartoon insult is a slap in the face to people who have to deal with the horrors of the symptoms day in and day out.
The Veteran's Administration should have just sent out a memo if it wanted to promote its guidelines. Lowest common denominator style animated medical advice just doesn't cut it and makes a mockery of health professionals and those they're supposed to serve.
