Open Thread

Are we done with BuckshotGate now? According to FAUX News, "U.S. Olympians Last to Know About Cheney Shooting", there are no more Americans to inform.

CESANA SAN SICARIO, Italy — Gun-toting Olympic athletes in the Italian Alps are apparently the last Americans to learn of Vice President Cheney's shooting of a hunting companion.

Yes, when you run out of angles, you can always count on FAUX to climb the Italian Alps to get yet another Cheney shooting news perspective. I wonder if they sent Geraldo?

This is an open thread. Opine. Blurt. Gurgle. Belch. About anything.

  1. I'm too sexy for my stats...or something. I have this sudden influx of visitors from very diverse blogs - some in Spanish, one in Zimbabwe - that don't have any visible links to me.

Whatever. I'm a stats whore. Come one, come all!

  2. What's this? At the time of this posting, Canada has 11 Olympic medals and the US has 10? (Quick canucks! Get over there before it changes.)

    Can I get an "eh"?

  10. Catnip,
Did you set your blog to be on Blogger's public list? If so, that would explain the strange visitors. They are coming in from hitting the "next blog" button on the top of the page, which randomly selects a blog from Blogger's lists.

It could be worse. You could have chosen a blog name like "the white trash poet" and get visitors every day looking for white trash porn.

Thankfully, these visits has stopped since I changed the blog name.
