Just guess how far the Dow Jones will drop on Wednesday morning in reaction to Obama's "high-stakes" speech before Congress this evening.The winner will come away with the head-exploding satisfaction of knowing, once again, that nothing - absolutely nothing - can make Wall Street happy. Not even bucketloads of free cash requiring zero responsibility or accountability.
